What does "All-Inclusive Rates" mean?

Our All-Inclusive rates are simple: The rate you see online is the rate you pay per minute, and nothing else. We don't charge you taxes or fees, or anything else. We find that using All-Inclusive rates creates monthly bills that are simple and easy to understand.

How do I make an international call with NECC?

The easiest and fastest way to make international calls is through our Direct Dial service. After setting up a Direct Dial number, you simply dial one, local number and get connected to your international contact.

You can always call in the traditional method of dialing your access number, then entering the country code and destination number. We also offer 2-Digit Dialing, which saves your destination phone numbers as 2-digit codes that you can use to dial quickly after call your access number.

If you're traveling, you can set up an eCalling Card to receive a PIN number. With this PIN you can call from anyphone. Use the same method as traditional dialing, but there will be an extra step when you enter your PIN.

Can I pay my bill through my bank?

Yes, you can pay your bill using an active bank account. However, please remember to pay by the due date. It may take 5-10 business days for a bank to send a check.

What credit cards do you accept?

NECC accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I cancel a payment I just made online?

Payments may only be canceled if made by a credit or debit card. To cancel, call 954.374.6286 right after processing the payment.

How do I view my payments online?

You can view your payment history in your online account. If you do not have an online account, click here to set one up.
